Shipping Policy

 

GENERAL INFORMATION

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames we advertise, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.

 

PROCESSING TIME

All orders are subject to processing time that is separate and apart from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been picked up from our fulfillment center by the applicable carrier. Depending on a number of factors, standard domestic and international orders may take up to 1-2 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays) to process.

 

SHIPPING RATES & TIMELINES

All orders in the U.S. will ship from our fulfillment center in CA/GA. The estimated shipping period is 1-5 business days via Fedex, UPS, USPS.

All orders in Canada will ship from our fulfillment center near Hong Kong International Airport. The estimated shipping period to Canada via DHL Express is 3-7 business days.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be delays due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, holidays, or weather conditions. Consequently, we do not guarantee exact delivery times; the shipping company is responsible for delivery issues.

 

DELIVERY CLAIMS

If you experience non-delivery or if your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you have not received it, you must contact us within 10 days to file a claim.

We will assist you in working with the carrier to complete the claims process. Please note that claims can take up to 30 days to complete, depending on the shipping carrier used. We do not accept responsibility for packages reported as delivered by the carrier. Refunds or credits will not be issued for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. 

 

TRACKING

Tracking is provided for every Superbox order. Tracking information will be available once your product is shipped.

Products may be shipped from different fulfillment centers across the globe as our product research team sources quality, affordable products. If you need help tracking your order, you can find assistance. 

 

Custom Charge


We promise that your orders don't come with an extra charge. So if you come across custom clearance with an extra fee, to ensure delivery on time, please make the payment, and send us the proof of the bill, we will make a refund with the same amount.

 

CHANGE OR CANCEL

We begin processing your order as soon as it is submitted, making it unlikely that changes or cancellations can be made. If your order was placed within the last 24 hours, please contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
